which nozzle do i need?
We provide two nozzles:
- Smaller nozzle fits Maxima and AMSoil, ensuring a secure fit for the straw.
- Larger nozzle is used after removing the straw housing.
**Using the wrong nozzle will result in a mess

The straw Housing Wont come off
Most of the time, the housing pops right off, but if it doesn’t, cut along the back and underneath for the easiest removal.

Leaking around the straw
If you notice the bent straw is leaking, switch to the straw that came with the can-just make sure to cut it to the right length if needed.
How to Cut:
- Use the front edge of the Oinker as a guide.
- Cut with sharp scissors or a razor on a hard surface.
- Avoid dull scissors- they can crush the opening and block flow.

wont latch around the can
In some cases, the lever may need to be over-flexed to latch. This can happen if:
- The valve is slightly larger than standard cans.
- Bullet-style cans are pressed too close to the valve, creating a tight fit.
Wrap a rubber band around the lever to pull it tight, but don’t latch it. This helps hold the Oinker in place without excessive force.
If you need rubber bands, contact us, and we’ll send some for free. You can also use any household rubber band.

Do I need to lubricate my o/x ring chain?
Yes. All chain manufacturers recommend lubing O-ring and X-ring chains. While the internal factory grease lubricates the pins and bushings, it does not lubricate the roller-to-bushing contact. This is crucial because:
- The rollers rotate around the bushings every time they engage the sprockets.
- There’s friction and wear on the sprockets as the rollers engage under power and lateral movement.
- Proper lubrication reduces wear on both the chain and sprockets, extending their lifespan.
- Skipping lube leads to increased friction, heat, and premature wear—that’s why manufacturers recommend it.

Why does the 520 Oinker also fit a 420 chain?
Chain size is based on pitch and inner width. The #520 and #420 both have a 1/4” inner width, which is the key measurement for Oinker compatibility. Since the inner width is the same, the Oinker works for both.
Why is spray going through the chain under the Oinker?
Hold the center rail on the rollers while spinning the chain. Some chain lubes have large nozzle openings and high initial pressure, leading to increased output.
